Dear Christian,

We are dropping you this note just to let you know how much we are enjoying our Kodiak Spa. We knew that we would benefit from the therapeutic value of the hot water and the jets but we didn’t realize how much fun our entire family would have with the spa. The attached photgraph shows Pam and our grandson Sebastian enjoying the spa. We’ve had family gatherings with ourselves, our three children, and our three grandsons in the tub at the same time. We’re glad you talked us into the big 8 foot tub!

We have been very impressed with the quality of our Arctic Spa. The unique design that captures the heat from the pumps is a real money saver. We haven’t noticed any difference in our monthly electric bill since we installed the spa last winter. The BaquaSpa water care system has been great also. It is important for us to keep the water clear and balanced without the use of chlorine. We used a hotel spa on our last vacation and Pam had a negative reaction to the chlorine that they used.

We hate to admit this, but we even put a television player on our back porch near the hot tub so we can catch-up on the news as we relax in the spa.
