We are dropping you this note just to let you know how much we are enjoying our Kodiak Spa. We knew that we would benefit from the therapeutic value of the hot water and the jets but we didn’t realize how much fun our entire family would have with the spa. The attached photgraph shows Pam and our grandson Sebastian enjoying the spa. We’ve had family gatherings with ourselves, our three children, and our three grandsons in the tub at the same time. We’re glad you talked us into the big 8 foot tub!

We have been very impressed with the quality of our Arctic Spa. The unique design that captures the heat from the pumps is a real money saver. We haven’t noticed any difference in our monthly electric bill since we installed the spa last winter. The BaquaSpa water care system has been great also. It is important for us to keep the water clear and balanced without the use of chlorine. We used a hotel spa on our last vacation and Pam had a negative reaction to the chlorine that they used.

We hate to admit this, but we even put a television player on our back porch near the hot tub so we can catch-up on the news as we relax in the spa.

We love our Arctic Spa!! We use it all year long but especially love it during the winter. Our children love to make “sugar donuts” by rolling in the snow and getting into the hot tub. It’s been a great purchase!!

I just wanted to take a minute to thank you. Not only have we thoroughly enjoyed our Arctic Spa, which we knew we would; but, you and your staff made shopping for one as pleasant as using it.

We researched many different brands in out quest to find the perfect spa and found that nothing compared to the Arctic Spa. We have had it now for a little over a year and know that we made the right choice. We have two other family members who also own spas and, after making comparisons, are convinced that Arctic Spa is the way to go.

One big concern that we had when we decided to buy a spa was that our electricity bill would go up. Honestly, we haven’t noticed even the slightest difference.

We enclosed a great picture of the last family get together. Everyone came prepared with suits and had a great time!!

We have chosen Arctic Spa because we knew it was a good spa company to go through. We have had other spas before but not are as nice as Arctic Spa. Our Arctic Spa is up at our cabin, where we do all out winter sports. It’s very relaxing after a day of snowmobiling, and it’s also relaxing on hot summer days.
